3. Instructions
3.1 Hardware connections note
1. JMDM-COM10MR using 12V or 24V power supply, AC and DC universal, regardless of positive and negative, Controller comes with the rectifiermodule.

The controller's input signal use DC 12V/24V power supply, up to the working voltage of the external input device; Output use 0~220V DC or AC, it is up to the working voltage of the load equipment, that is the controller's relay fan-out of the external voltage should match the corresponding external input and output device.
3.2 Operating mode
3.2.1 Independent control mode:
1. Opening the electronic version technical information which supplied with the product: product information, programming software, download software, read the technical information;
2. Connected the serial communication line between computer and controller according to the instruction supplied with the wiring diagram.
3. Install the Keil C programming software supplied with the product.
4. Open the C51 example program, reference to the example program, modify and to write SCM C language program.
5. Complied procedure and download: after the procedure passed complied, use STC-ISP to download software under JMDM-COM10MR controller.
6. Wiring: to connect the power of the controller after carefully check and correct; connection the input and output signal can independent realize the input and output of logical and timing control.
3.2.2 Serial monitoring (RS232 or RS485) mode:
1. Opening the electronic version technical information which supplied with the product and read the technical information;
2. Connected the serial communication line between computer and controller, the serial port (RS232 or RS485) between computer and controller according to the instruction supplied with the wiring diagram.
3. To connect the power of the controller after carefully check and correct;
4. Installing the example serial port monitoring software: double click the exe. file directly or double click setup.exe. under the support folder to install it.
5. Using the Jingmin serial port monitoring software test basic functions: in the control interface choosing the corresponding serial port and the operating controller number in advance, then it can monitor the change of 4 channel input and 10 channel output status;
6. Secondary development of customer: The customers can secondly development and integrated to third-party system software by their own according to communication and example VB source; or using the general serial port debugging software according to the communication protocol sending serial instructions to the controller.
7. The default address of the controller is 00 when the serial port controlled one controller, normally our company has been set up the address by the software when shipment.
8. Communication distance: The way of RS232 serial port control range within 10 meters, One-on-one relationship between the computer and controller;
The Way of RS485 serial port to control the maximum communication distance is 1.5 km, one-to-many relationship between the computer and controller, one computer can up to control 255 controllers, each controller can be set a different address.
