JMDM-ARM40DIOMR is independently research and development by Shenzhen jingmin digital machine Co.,Ltd. With 24 channels optoelectronic isolation digital signal input and 16 channels relay dital output .High reliability and stability of industrial programmable logic controller, also called 40 points ARM processor I/O industrial control.

2. Performance parameters

1). Working power: DC12V - 24V 1A,controller board with lightning protection circuit board, stabilize and reliable.

2). 32 high performance single chip controller: Programme storage space:128K, data storage space:64K, data memory used to store data, the data will not lost after power failure.

3). Two kinds of communication interface:

   A. One channel with RS232 interface, Can be used to upload programme and upper computer communication.

   B. One channel with RS485 interface, the max of communication distance is 3KM; As articulated in the network of 20 nodes.

4). I/O:

A. 24 channels optoelectronic isolation digital input: the input voltage range is DC 12 v ~ 24 v; Also can be customized for 5 v (before buying Special instructions), the input current is 5 ~ 10MA; Can be used to detect the external sensor input signals, such as photoelectric sensor,Infrared sensors, hall sensors, proximity switches, inching switch and so on digital quantity input devices, etc; 

B. 16 channels relay output:, Can effectively prevent the product on the electric instant misoperation, stable and reliable. Relay contact can withstand voltage is 220V, the maximum output current for 10A.

5), program download instructions: good connection between computer and controller serial communication line. Will use on STC - ISP download software compiled HEX file downloaded to the controller. (note: the download process there is a manual process of power and electricity). ;

6), system stability: with industrial-grade lightning protection, strong resistance to electromagnetic interference, high reliability, no crash phenomenon.

7), three kinds of working method: support independent control (according to the KEIL C language program logic control), and RS232 serial port monitor (write a machine program) of the upper and lower computer program;RS485 bus monitor (need to turn the USB serial port conversion head).

8).Digital work status indicator light: every channel digital quantity input or output has an indicator light, convenient observation input or output points in working condition.

9) With FM24C02 ferroelectric memory EEPROM, power data is not lost, user data can store up to 128K.

10) chip with embedded real time clock module, if has the need to precise timing of users, we can according to customer requirements, Set the real-time control peripheral devices real time.

11) with two dial switch, while the program is downloaded to manually reset and run.

Under the KEIL C programming environment, our company provides a programming paradigm, customers can be based on the secondary development application.

1. Control single output points:

out_bit(x,0):Turn-off No. X point output;

out_bit(x,1):Open No. X point output;

2. Read the input command:

In (X) -- -- --(X: 1, 2 to N input points)

If ((In (X) = = 0) && (In (X) = = 0)) to judge No. X input point with signal input or not;

5. hardware connection points for attention

1), customer control panel will be in strict accordance with the wiring diagram wiring all finished, and after checked, then can connect the power supply. Otherwise will burn out or external input/output devices such as controller.

2), the controller input signal is by default the external DC 12 or 24V power supply.

1) Since the date of the product sold under the normal use of the hardware failure, one year warranty, repair cost is charged only after the warranty period.
